Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate – vitamin B1 & folic acid) - This doesn’t sound half bad, right? We know that bleached flour isn’t any good, but this is unbleached wheat flour with added vitamins.
